These providers may include, but are not limited to: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, xAI, Perplexity, Mistral AI, Cohere, Meta AI, Amazon Web Services, NVIDIA, ElevenLabs, Runway, Stability AI, Hugging Face, Together AI, Replicate, Groq, and other current and future AI providers.

Information is processed only as necessary to provide requested services.

CivilianOS enables organizations to create and manage AI workers that may operate independently or alongside human team members.

Organizations determine permissions, roles, approvals, workflow rules, and human oversight. Organizations remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and decisions where appropriate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Information may be shared only:

• With service providers assisting us in operating CivilianOS
• With connected third-party services you authorize
• To comply with applicable law
• To protect our legal rights
• During a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
