Welcome to CivilianOS™, an AI Operating System operated by Civilian Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CivilianOS," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using CivilianOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

CivilianOS is an AI Operating System designed to help organizations create, deploy, manage, and oversee AI workforces operating alongside human teams.

The platform may include features such as:

• Organization management
• Department management
• AI workforce management
• Workflow automation
• Project management
• Knowledge management
• Executive dashboards
• Business intelligence
• Connected applications
• Analytics
• Communications
• Collaboration tools
• Other software and services offered by CivilianOS

Features may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use CivilianOS on behalf of yourself or your organization.

If you access CivilianOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

CivilianOS allows organizations to create one or more workspaces containing departments, users, AI workers, projects, documents, workflows, and connected applications.

Organization administrators are responsible for:

• Managing user access.
• Assigning permissions.
• Configuring AI workers.
• Managing connected applications.
• Maintaining organizational security.

CivilianOS provides AI-powered functionality to assist users with business operations.

AI-generated responses, recommendations, analyses, summaries, automations, and other outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before relying upon it for legal, financial, medical, regulatory, employment, or other important decisions.

CivilianOS does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

CivilianOS enables organizations to create, configure, deploy, supervise, and manage AI workers.

AI workers may:

• Perform assigned tasks
• Generate content
• Analyze information
• Automate workflows
• Access connected applications
• Communicate with authorized users
• Perform other functions permitted by your organization

Organizations remain responsible for configuring permissions, reviewing outputs, and supervising AI workers.

CivilianOS may integrate with third-party applications including productivity software, communication tools, AI providers, analytics platforms, financial systems, CRM platforms, marketing platforms, cloud services, and other technologies.

You authorize CivilianOS to access connected services only to the extent necessary to provide requested functionality.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

CivilianOS is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Attempt unauthorized access to CivilianOS.
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Circumvent access controls.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use CivilianOS to distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Use the platform to violate another person's privacy.

CivilianOS™, its software, designs, source code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, documentation, and proprietary technologies are owned by Civilian Group, LLC or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CivilianOS intellectual property.

Customer data remains the property of the customer.

You grant CivilianOS a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze your information solely for providing and improving the Services.

Your use of CivilianOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

CivilianOS may occasionally experience:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security events
• Network interruptions
• Third-party outages

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued without notice.

Certain features or subscription plans may require payment.

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay applicable fees according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

CivilianOS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civilian Group, LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Civilian Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of CivilianOS.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CivilianOS during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Civilian Group, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of CivilianOS.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your misuse of AI-generated content.
• Content you upload or distribute through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to CivilianOS if:

• These Terms are violated.
• We believe your use poses a security risk.
• Required by law.
• Necessary to protect CivilianOS, its users, or third parties.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before termination.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be posted within the platform or on our website.

Your continued use of CivilianOS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
